Definitely Slowey for Marcum. Then I'd drop a closer for Matusz.

i would definitely not get rid of Slowey for any one those guys. I would recommend getting lindstrom for Qualls. He is destined to lose his job imo.

Matusz is a stud, I'd go get him, and I'd drop Qualls to get him because it looks like Qualls is losing his job, going to the DL, or both. If you really feel like you need saves, I'd get Lindstrom for Qualls instead of Matusz. Either way, Qualls definitely looks expendable.

I would consider dropping Slowley for Matusz depending on what SP stats you need. think they're fairly equal in fantasy: Matusz will have a lower ERA and more K's, while Slowley will have a lower WHIP and most likely more W's since Minnesota is such a better team than Baltimore.
