H2H Outfielder Dilemma...WHIR

Postby travisjz » Tue Apr 20, 2010 12:00 am

10 team H2H league. These are my position players:

C - K. Suzuki
1b - J. Mourneau
2b - C. Utley
SS - J. Rollins
3b - D. Wright
OF - S. Victorino, BJ Upton, M. Cuddyer, C. Beltran
Util - J. Kubel

The following guys are free agents right now:

Jay Bruce
Adam Jones
Cameron Maybin
Alex Rios
Vlad Guerrero

Should I dump Kubel or another outfielder for either of these guys, or just stick with what I've got. Thanks for the help and I'll get you back.

I'd drop Beltran. He is such a wildcard when it comes to health. Vlad and Jones are the top 2 options. I might have to go with Vlad, he should continue to be pretty studly in Texas.

i definitely agree with dropping Beltran. even if he comes back productive, the whole Mets offense just isnt working right now. Vlad is an interesting option, DHing in Texas should do him well, though i think Maybin is a more intriguing option. He will get more steals than Vlad, still has some pop, and i think he will finish with a higher average
