Even trade. You could use a little speed though. As long as you're confident in Ellsbury's health, I would pull the trigger.

i'd say thats a great deal. Sizemore hasn't really bounced back from last season too well, but its early, he could break out of it. Even if he regains his power, Ellsbury has better speed, and your lineup already has plenty of power, but lacks the speed. The only thing that worries me is Ellsbury's health and how he bounces back, but since Sizemore has the risks too, i think it could be more beneficial to have Jacoby on your team
