Please Help Make This Team a Winner

I am in the second year of my 20 team dynasty league. I feel that my team needs some help but I can't really pinpoint what would be my team's immediate need. Can you guys try and help give some tips on what should do to improve me team?

Upgrade at SS and over Fukodome if you can, I'm in Chicago and while I may be biased since I'm a sox fan both players leave more to be desired, depending what can be had on WW I would explore that. Look for guys who can get contribute in either rbis/runs/homers or steals and are an upgrade over what you have. I like your pitching but if there is a decent RP who can get saves out on WW I would make a move for one. Please check my post out viewtopic.php?t=408691
