If it were me I really think the only move that may actually further your squad would be dumping Harden for Lilly. Kazmir still carries way too much value on a top squad in LA to just cut ties, Kuroda is off to a hot streak so I would ride that which rules him out, Slowey has had a rocky road thus far but again I still think has too much value to just cut, and Marcum is showing bright signs of a nice comeback. Out of all of your SP (which btw are a nice group) I think Harden is the most injury plagued, slow starter of them all and I really don't see anything great out of him this year. At least with Lilly you know what your going to get and at very least he matches all of what Harden produces so its not a real risk.
Duch-no for me way to fragile
Sheets-IMO not as much upside as the rest
Strasburg-why pay (meaning why cut stats NOW) when you won't get stats for him until later
Gardner-unless something drastic happens I don't see him having anymore value over any of your bats now
Chipper-darkhorse here, could be a very nice addition, but I really can't see dumping any of Bruce, Abreu or Kendrick to get a bench bat.
