I like that deal.

Believe me I haven't given up on Lester by any means, but I think you are getting good value in return for him. Pablo is a beast and Hamels just had his best start of the year and I believe will have a strong year.

Not a bad deal. That would certainly give you the upgrade at 3B your looking for and while I don't love Hamels, he should still put in a solid season. Lester will turn it around, but I think you have a good deal here.

I like that trade. I'm not a huge Pence fan, though I'm not sure why. Pablo is great, and Hamels will be a solid SP. Go for it.

I am bumping this post as I was very fortunate to get Phillips off of waivers strengthening my 2b/3b and i dropped C Davis for him...Should I still look to go through with this deal?

Wait you were able to get Brandon Phillips off the waiver wire?

I still think the move value wise is good. But I don't think your roster needs are as desperate now that you picked up Phillips.

I would still want Sandoval over Stewart for sure though, but Stewart is tearing it up right now. Maybe you can see if there is any sort of market for Stewart in your league. In a 12 team someone should be willing to give you something for him. If you can get good value back for Stewart and then acquire Sandoval, then do it.

Funny huh, getting Phillips off of the wire. I even told the manager of the team, you could have dealt him to me. Oh well, a win for me. I think I will still see if I can get pablo, as I do have SDrew and Butler as my Util guys. I can then shop Stewart or SDrew around for something better. I just really like Pablo's patience at the plate. His OBP will definitely help me as does his position eligibility
