Manny's sitting for the second game in a row after being lifted early on Friday. Anyone have an update on his injury?

Well I guess I'll answer my own question then. From MLB.com:

Outfielder Manny Ramirez was out of the lineup for a second consecutive game Sunday with a tight right calf muscle, but manager Joe Torre said Ramirez was available for pinch-hitting and would likely start the opener of a nine-game trip Tuesday night in Cincinnati.
"He's better. He's pinch-hittable," Torre said. "With the off-day tomorrow, we'll take advantage of that and we hope by Tuesday it will be all gone."

Ramirez was removed from Friday night's game with the injury, which Torre said first surfaced last week in Pittsburgh.

"I talked to Stan [Conte, head athletic trainer] and as much as we'd like to have him in there, it's still important in April to do the right thing."
