Both Rasmus and Upton were highly touted prospects with great pedigrees, and all 4 players are 5-tool guys. I'm really struggling with which two I should attempt to trade off and which two I should keep.
Any help?
Depends, does your league count triples, doubles, singles, or smooth home runs?
Rocinante2: you know Rocinante2: its easy to dismiss the orioles as a bad team ofanrex: go on Rocinante2: i'm done Rocinante2: lmao
Werth - Trade this loser, he's not sexy BJ Upton - Sucks, trade him Rasmus - TOTAL EFFING RAKER BUILD YOUR TEAM AROUND HIM C Gonzalez - HOLY OMG! RAKER SUPREME!!! CENTERPIECE TO YOUR DOMINANT TEAM!!
Mr. Rasmus has cooled over the past month - 10 runs, 1 trip, 1 HR, 8 RBI, 3 SB, .304 OBP. The steals are nice but the rest isn't enough to keep him rostered.
Does anyone see him improving when Holliday finally catches fire? Or is he waiver material?

You must play in a shallow, non-keeper league. If I dropped him from my team, 11 owners would be burning their waiver pick to get him.

True, its a 10-team, small keeper league.
Not to turn this into a question for the DTKW forum, but I'm trying to get a better understanding of whats expected from Rasmus going forward, especially given the fact that there are people like Seth Smith available on my waivers. He had an awful May after a hot April. Has the book on him made its away around?

That has now changed. Rasmus is no longer sitting routinely against lefties and more than that, he's figuring them out. Two HRs in the last two outings against lefties. Rasmus is the man. I'm really happy to have him on my team(s).
