2 wins and a save for Pelf. I bet he's now a top 5 pitcher according to player rank. ;-D

Man, if it wasn't for Tony's odd decisions...

that was fun to watch except for...

i know tony was conceding this game from a pitching standpoint, but i didn't understand why he had to go and eff up all the stuff on the hitting side

That was craziness. I really hated that Pelfrey came out to pitch. I heard he had done his throwing for the day already, so why does Manuel risk this guys career to win a game in April? Because he's afraid for his job if he comes home after losing 5 of 6. Manuel should be fired for sending Pelf out there. Disgraceful. Why can't K-Rod go 2? He went 2 in back to back days in the WBC last year!!!

A lot of fun and absolutely exhausting. The way Manuel managed that pissed me off. So did having Pelfrey on my bench in my 15 Team.

Manuel played to win the game. I'm not sure what La Russa did.

keithlaw

Oh. My. God. Has La Russa ever seen Albert Pujols play before?

keithlaw

This game should be over, and the fact that it's not is directly on La Russa.

Right. Manual is job. LaRussa isn't. Manual should be fired. He's a terrible manager anyway.

Ludwick played like he was on Acid.

After the 16th, LaRussa was playing to save his pitching staff and screw with his batters/baserunners.
