Trying to trade reynolds, which deal to make?

Postby cs3 » Sat Apr 17, 2010 3:27 am

Im in a private 10 team 6x6 H2H league with some somewhat quirky settings.
cats are H, R, AVG, SB, HR, RBI
and W, K's, ERA, WHIP, S, QS - 25inning min/week and NO MAXIMUM per year

my team is built around pithcing, speed, hits, and runs and i realize i wont win the power cats very often. that being said, reynolds is just killing my team and im looking to move him. One of the other owners has expresssed interest in either of the following 2 trades:
1)Reynolds + Abreu for Votto + Ethier
2) Reynolds + Granderson for Youkilis + Ethier

which trade would improve my team more, or are both deals i should avoid?
would i be better off trying to package reynolds with a pitcher in order to get a top 1B?

thanks,
seems like the other owner is having second thoughts now. looks like it might get too costly to trade renolds at this point

I'd definitely do deal 1.
I'm not in love with deal 2.
