Should I drop Jay Bruce and try to get Juan Pierre with my waiver? I would drop alcides but SS isn't easy to find in my league and I don't trust my current SS.

Pretty impossible to intelligently answer this w/o any info on league type, what else is on your roster, etc.

These are two completely different types of players, so it comes down to need. Bruce is a low average no speed high power guy and Pierre is the total opposite. Generally Bruce is considered the more valuable player as there are many versions of what Pierre brings usually available on waiver wires. But if your team is loaded with power then it may make sense.

It would probably help to say my only sources of steals are coming from Andrus (if he ever steals this season!), whatever Braun and Choo can steal, and a platoon at UTIL between N. Morgan and Billy Butler cause I hate to see Butler sit....
