i do need some more sbs and help with pitching

would u give up sizemore and hanson for pierre and halladay? not sure giving up hanson is very wise

No - Sizemore has health issues, yes - but if your purpose in doing this is acquiring more SBs this really doesn't make a lot of sense for you. Sizemore steals 25-30 bases when he's healthy - Pierre's going to get you maybe 5-10 more per year while getting 20+ fewer HRs?. Sizemore's also 5 yrs younger than Pierre - this really would be a horrible deal for you.

Halladay's the better pitcher than Hanson "right now" - but that gap is closing and soon enough the tables will turn.
