2nd team ever and I need HELP!!

Based on my points system can anyone give me any thoughts? I think I'm OK for now, but Morneau, Kielty and Grienke might be wasted spots. Nix has the CF job for Texas.

My problem is this. I play in a 16-team five-player keeper league and I had 6 of my players from last year drafted in the first two rounds (mulder, blalock, m. cabrera, etc) so I need some help. How did I not win? I didn't even make the playoffs. So based on my point system what type of player should I go for?

mo betta starting pitchers. i know that's hard with 16 teams but you offense is stacked but i think your d is lacking. maybe trade someone up top
