And by foul, I'm referring to the stench wafting from his place in my lineup...

Has anyone been able to watch him? Is he really as awful as his 6/32 .188 line indicates, or has he been a bit unlucky? I'm debating dropping him in a fairly deep league without much bench space, but I've been burned bad before (looking at you J-Up). What are peoples thoughts on his playing time? Seth Smith hasn't been great but by comparison his .208 looks decent 8-o

. My feeling is Fowlers PT gets cut even more once Carlos Gonzalez is back in the lineup, at least till his bat shows its made of something other than a Munster cheese log, but thought I'd see if anyone has more information.

I'm pondering the same in a similar kind of league. Still a firm believer in Fowler's abilities and I'm loathe to just let him go because of that potential. I'll give him to early May to at least get into some kind of a groove (platoon or not), then I'm cutting loose.

Hit the ball hard twice today. I wouldn't be so quick to cut and run on Fowler. It's early and last year he showed he can be a pretty useful player. With the injuries in Denver, he'll get plenty of opportunity to get on track.

Check his lefty righty splits. Depends on the league if it's deep enough to play a platoon player, but he's useful in that regard right now and has a chance to develop into better.

I wrote this in another thread about him, but the Rockies have been fiddling about with his hand position on his swing, and he wants to stop being a switch hitter and be a RHB only but the Rockies have said no.
