Ichiro, Reyes, Stewart for Sandoval, Zobrist!?

I am in 12-player league. I was just offered Ichiro, Jose Reyes and Ian Stewart for Ben Zobrist and Pablo Sandoval. I think this is a good deal, but I am worried that it will lower my RBI production too much.

My other players are Kurt Suzuki, Placido Polanco, Álex Rodríguez, Stephen Drew, Bobby Abreu, Adam Lind, Brad Hawpe, Jason Werth, Hideki Matsui.

Should I take trade?

I think this is a fair deal. If Reyes becomes Reyes you'll surely make out.
