PLEASE HELP...Soon to be 0-2

As I am soon to be 0-2, I am starting to panic. I've already traded away one player (K-Rod to get Gallardo), but not sure it helps. Please share your thoughts on how I might be able to make my team better, or if I should stop whining and give the season a little time to develop. I am in a 10-team weekly Head2Head points league. My team is as follows:

C: V Martinez
1B: B Butler
2B: R Weeks
3B: P Sandoval
SS: T Tulowitzki
LF: J Kubel
CF: Adam Jones
RF: J Upton
IF: I Stewart
OF: B Abreu, C Young

SP: Carpenter, Hanson, Haren, Gallardo, Hamels, Liriano, Cueto, Lily, Bedard
RP: Qualls, Street

Give it time. You've got guys who are just off to slow starts. I'd take Gallardo for K-Rod in a heartbeat.

Just keep an eye on the closer situations.

Here's an idea to get some speed: Maybe sell high on Liriano for a fast IF that you can platoon with Stewart. I like having a fast guy/power guy platoon somewhere so if I'm trailing in power I can go with the power guy and vice-versa.

I have a team of slow starters and am getting itchy. Any thoughts on the following roster moves:

Dropping Qualls for Lindstrom

Dropping C. Gonzalez and/or Adam Jones for Marlon Byrd, Chase Headley or Raul Ibanez

I'm don't like the idea of dropping Adam Jones but I own Carlos Gonzalez and I would consider dropping him for the before mentioned players. Also as a Phillies fan I watched Cole Hamels every start last year and every start this year and I would trade him in a heartbeat. I see absolutey no difference in him at all. Outside of one solid start against the Marlins he has look horrible.
