I'm thinking of trading for Carl Crawford or even Nelson Cruz. I'm in a H2H points league. This guy needs a SS. I'm thinking of trading him Asdrubal Cabrera and either Adam Jones or Grady Sizemore for Crawford. Am I giving to much? should I go for Cruz? What do you think? WHIR

I don't think that's enough to get Crawford unless he likes Sizemore. If your going for Cruz, I wouldn't trade Sizemore then.

I would go for Crawford, I think depending on the guy's leanings he will take sizemore or jones plus cabrera...I would start with jones but not really expect that to get it done

Try to go for Crawford by trading those two guys, but I don't think I'd trade those two for Cruz. I have no faith in Sizemore this year though..so if this guy feels the same way I do then it'll be hard for you to grab Crawford or even Cruz.
I own Cruz and I would not trade him straight up for Sizemore.

Personally I'd stay put. If I were to make a trade, I might suggest Sizemore for Crawford. But who knows if Crawford will be traded prior to the deadline and where. I don't think Crawford is as big in upgrade from Sizemore in a H2h league. Sizemore is very good at driving in runs. Where Crawford beats Sizemore in speed, Grady beats him back in power. I'd try and trade Sizemore and Jones/Cabrera for a better OF like Holliday and even more unlikely Braun.
If you think you can pull it off, try Jones and Cabrera for Cruz. But only problem is Cruz is crushing the ball right now. Jones has great upside but I think the Orioles are just horrid. He was amazing early on last year, and totally failed later. At least Cruz has a better supporting cast and stadium.

Sorry, buddy, but if you offered me Grady Sizemore and Asdrubal Cabrera for Nelson Cruz I'd wonder what you were smoking. Cruz is the hottest hitter in baseball right now- in my points league, he's put up more points than Sizemore and Cabrera combined. No one is going to trade Cruz right now for anything less than elite talent.
As for Crawford, it's not quite so insane, but still nowhere near value.
How deep is your league? Asdrubal Cabrera is arguably droppable in a 12-team mixed league or shallower. Is he really better than what this guy can pick up of the wire? And Sizemore has 0 HR so far with a .240 BA. That's not what you want to see from a guy going into the year with serious question marks. How is Sizemore supposed to appeal to this guy over Cruz and Crawford?
Jones is in a similar boat to Sizemore, though he's got better upside as a buy-low guy. Still, nowhere near value for what you're trying to get.
