Customizable player news?

Is there a site that allows you to keep a list of players you want to follow, and notifies you whenever there's news on those players? My league has a small minor league system (only 20 players right now), and I'd like to have a way to easily track progress on these players. Thanks.

No, but if it's 20 players league wide, you won't have to go to far out of your way to read updates/stats. It's not like Gorkys Hernandez or Jack McGeary are signed.

Well yeah, it's easy to keep up with my players. But I was hoping to relay updates to the league on a regular status. And I don't want to keep track of 20 players manually.
