Need help with Latos and Ben Sheets

OK heres the deal. I got 3 pitchers starting today. I'm deciding to play it safe and not start liriano agaisnt the bats the of the red sox
This leaves me with Latos vs braves and sheets vs orioles.

H2h league standard
pitching stats are : W, Saves, ERA, Ks, WHIP and K/BB

Right now im winning in K, era and whip but by a thread.
Pitching so far for the week is as followed
Wins - 2. Im tied with my opponent
Ks- 16. I got 3 more then my opponent
ERA- 3.96. Barely beating him by a few decimal points lol
WHIP - 1.24 same as era, winning barely
K / BB - 1.45. Hes beating me with a 1.66 rate so far.

So, should i go ahead and start Lates and Sheets or do i risk it and it throw in Liriano as well?
Friday i got Halladay going agaisnt the marlins
Saturday got Nolasco agaisnt phillies (might sit him, Phillies lineup is scary so far this year)
Sunday got Carl Pavano agaisnt Royals at home and Ricky Romero agaisnt Angels at home.
