CBS - Injury Reserve/Minor League settings

Hello, In need of some help with CBS roster limit settings. Any help would be greatly appriciated! My Original league setting:

(min/max -total max left empty)
0 / 20 active players
0 / 6 bench players
0 / 1 injury Reserve
0 / 1 minor Leaguer
Totaling 28 Players

Initial problem I ran into was the inability to sit pitchers with unfavorable matchups. I countered this issue, by raising the MAX number of reserves to (0 / 14). This has worked, yet caused a NEW issue to arise!

Now, instead of having 26 active/reserve players
1 Minor Leaguer & 1 Injury Reserve..
it has become an unrestricted 28 player roster.

meaning, you can add anyone you want up to 28 players, not requiring the final 2 spots to be reserved for DL/Minors. completly undermining the purpose of those spaces. is there any way to correct this issue without "self policing" ? PLEASE HELP!

checked box - illegal rosters score zero.

left unchecked - injured / minor players count against positional roster limits.

please list what corrections need to be made so those final 2 spots are reserved specifally for injured/minors. the quick fix would be making the reserve players ( 0 / 6 ) however, that would force owners to start pitchers with unfavorable matchups. YOUR HELP IS GREATLY APPRICIATED!
