I missed the draft and had to deal with the autodraft which turned out not bad in my opinion as I had 2nd pick and got Hanley. But, I just got offered Justin Upton and Jason Bartlett for my Hanley. Sounds like a pretty good deal to me. Is this enough for Hanley and should I pull the trigger?
Its actually a decent deal for Hanley, but theres one glarring problem I see... You already have Morales and Markakis at UTIL, so your looking at having to bench 1 out of Morales, Markakis, Werth or Justin Upton. Although thats a good dilema to have because it means your team is strong, to me I wouldn't trade 1 super stud away to run into a log jam. Only way I deal Hanley from your squad is if you get a damn nice SS in return and a big time 2B or big time 3B. Other wise your OF and UTIL are too strong to add more players.

Try to counter with that. It wouldn't hurt to try it at least. But I think I would do that trade especially since Markakis isn't doing anything right now (I know he will come around but Upton would be a beastly outfielder to have).
Make sure to voice your reasons for making the counter. I could see the other person believing that is too much to give up for Hanley. However, if you justify it, that might make a bit of a difference: the other person might counter back with his guys for Hanley and someone he likes.
