Ok sorry, hes not injured, but does anyone have any updates on whats going on thus far this year with him?

I mean just seems like he is just laboring to even get through the 9th in all 4 of his appearences.

April 4th, Yanks: only needed 10 pitches to clean the 9th, one hit
April 7th, Yanks: 28 pitches, took the Loss along with 2BB an 2ER
April 11th, KC: 16 Pitches, clean line but no Ks
April 14th, Minny: 20 Pitches, again 2BB and no Ks

Not jumping to anything here, and his stat line for the year is farely clean, and counting today he does have an 0-1 record but 3 nice saves, but just doesn't look like the typical Papelbon so far this year. 4BB:1K ratio, and it seems like hes throwing a highed then normal Ball-to-Strike rate? Anyone with a little more information, maybe thats actually seen him pitch?

Only reason I'm questioning is because April is usually one of his best months, he has never blown a save in April, 2nd most IP of any other month, 2nd best ERA, best WHIP and by far his best month for BAA at .153.

Again sorry, no injuries that I know of, and not just being a donkeybutt fantasy owner, was just noticing today that I really seemed that he was Laboring to get through the 9th.

I think I remember hearing that he was trying to work his change up in more and not just rely on trying to blow away guys with his fastball (since he wasn't always blowing them away... ). Not sure if this has anything to do with it, or if he's just trying too hard to rebound from last year's playoff disaster.
