Help me fix this POS team!

My team is in 11th place in a 12 team league, with no hope in sight. My batting average is .226 ... The next closest team is like .260 !! The categories I am getting killed in are Runs, AVG, and K's. Categories I am not doing well in are HR, Saves and WHIP ... what would you do to fix this POS team? Or would you just wait it out, too early to make decisions?

Give it more then one week. You have talent there, just some slow starters, give it some time the team will come around.

This.....In a 12 team league I think you have quite a good team. As a matter of fact your pitching worries me more than your offense.

Give it another week-10 days and then re-evaluate.

i would wait it out as well.

i might try to trade Granderson now (or the next time he does something good). Because hes a Yankee everything HR, winning hit, etc. will be on ESPN like 500 times so people will see it. At the end of the year I think he will have good power, but a poor AVG. See if you can flip him for another top 30 player.

as soon as Reyes has a couple good games in a row try to deal him. hamstring injuries for stolen base guys will come back. my guess is at least 2 trips to the DL this year, maybe more...

Maybe trade Halladay for another good pitcher and a good hitter. I think he is the best SP out there (and so do most people) so you can probably get a lot! - think Halladay and a low lever hitter (Desmond/LaRoche) for Wainwright and A Gonzo , CC and Choo or Nolasco and Kemp, something like that...
