In a vacuum I would say do this deal in a heartbeat.

Unless this is a deep league, Lowe is a throw away player. Making the trade

Reyes-Halladay-Upton for Hanley, J.Johnson, Wainwright and Youkilis.

Hanram much better than Reyes and Youkilis much better than Upton.

And honestly I like the 2 for 1 of J.Johnson and Wainwright.

You essentially win every angle.

I would normally say don't trade Halladay, but this one YES, do it. And YES, Slowey is fine to use instead of Lowe.

i do not want to trade halladay either...it makes my team stronger however....if he declines i will not feel too bad
