Shane Victorino was just dropped in my 12 team 5x5 roto league. Should I use my #3 waiver and grab him?

I think Victorino's value is definitely lower this year because he is batting in the 7th hole and he is off to a slow start, but in no way should he have been dropped in a 12 team league.

I would definitely use your WW to try and pick him up. I like him more then Borbon, Coghlan, Bruce and JD Drew on your team.
