Need Pitcher--Braden or Pavano?

Im in need of a SP--D Braden or Pavano are both of Waiver Wire....which is better pickup?

I'm not a big fan of either but Braden typically seems to start fast so he'd probably be a fine short term option. Pavano is a mediocre pitcher in his mid-30s with injury issues. As a Twins fan I love seeing him do well, but I doubt this level of play lasts much longer.

Braden is a 2 sp i think sometime soon next week? or was it this week.

I'd still go with him.
