What to do with Sexy Alexei

Postby Kimbos Beard » Tue Apr 13, 2010 8:17 am

I know, I know its early in the season, and I don't want to panic, but Alexei Ramirez has looked awful, is buried in the bottom of that lineup and is managed by Ozzie Guillen, three things I don't like about the situation.

My gut tells me to just ride it out.

Either way these are the only guys available in my 12 team league in the free agent pool. Anyone worth taking a look at or should I just hold the fort and keep playing Alexei.

JJ Hardy, Ian Desmond, Juan Uribe, Alex Gonzalez

Stashing Ian Desmond might be a good idea, for now. What's your rosteR??

I am in a similar situation. I have Alexei and at this point i'm pretty sure I could hit better than him. However its too early to make any rash decisions. Out of the guys you listed Hardy and Desmond seem like good choices. Alex Gonzalez and Juan Uribe will not keep this up. I would hold steady with Alexei for another few weeks and see what happens, I think he will turn it around. Another option is to deal one of your outfielders for a solid SS upgrade.

Help with mine?
