After enduring a LOT of crap from teammates for 8 seasons-even when I am doing well (won one season)-I'm off to an incredible start (albeit for an incredibly small sample of course) and lead the league by a large margin. I am the genius who realized Vernon Wells went undrafted and picked him up right before opening day!
Who thinks hitting the league boards and talking smack will ensure from that very day forward all my players will either get hurt or worse, start playing like s*%t?
I really really want to and have some very good things to say and to guys who very much deserve it, but do believe it'll curse me. I am 98% it's been the sole reason for past troubles.

Vernon Wells will come down to earth whether you talk smack about him or not.

Jed? Jed! Jed Latkin? Jed Latkin, I thought that was you!
PS, I'm not too superstitious with smack talk....might as well have fun with it, makes for more interaction in the league imo

I don't know if the players on your team will be 'cursed' if you started talkin trash.
Having said that, I am a believer in Karma.
But let's face it, it's only 4 games into the season, and you really have no control of your players performances.
Good pick up of V - Wells. That's crazy he went undrafted.
Remember me?

i would say that Vernon Wells is a sucky baseball player no matter what you say. ride the heat wave and keep an itchy trigger finger on the drop button.
note: If you talk smack, don't revolve it around Vern, you will just be made fun of in the long run.

Sorry for the confusion, I just threw that V Wells comment in there for some odd reason. I am hoping to talk smack on a much more personal, petty and disgusting level and any comments on Wells' performance this week would be minimal or non-existent.
