Inevitable Newbie Waiver Bonanza! WHIR!

So a couple newbies in my league have already gotten impatient (that took all of 4 days!) and have started shedding players. So, help me to decide if any of these are upgrades for me. This is a 10 team 5x5 h2h, standard yahoo league.
First, my roster:

LF: Ryan Braun
CF: Curtis Granderson
RF: Chin Soo-Choo
UT: Derrek Lee

BN: Michael Bourn
SP: Johan Santana, Josh Johnson, Clayton Kershaw, Jake Peavy, John Lackey, Roy Oswalt and Jonathan Sanchez
RP: Frank Francisco, Rafael Soriano and Jason Frasor

So, should I bite?
Crazy newbies...

Drop Michael Bourn for Andre Ethier, Aaron Hill, Raul Ibanez, or Stephen Drew. I'm a big Drew fan, but all four are excellent options. I would even consider Ethier over Soo-Choo. (And Aaron Hill is no slouch.)

I'd try to pick up Hill and Ethier for sure.

I would drop Bourn and either Sanchez or Oswalt. If you don't want to drop a pitcher and only grab 1 of those guys. I would grab Hill....if nothing else he gives you a ton more trade leverage since he plays a scarce position.
