Total Noob, help my team

Well, I agreed to become a member of a fantasy team to "fill in a hole" because it wasn't "that hard." Meh. I like baseball, but after a few days and hanging out in last place, I admit I need help. The league is just eight people but still. 8/8 is no fun. Hope I'm including all the right info, let me know who I need to drop and who might be good to look at to add. Let me just state up front, I'm clueless, so if this is really bad...show me the light. I'm trying to read up all I can but don't want ot be sunk in a big hole before I figure it out. Thanks guys.
