Who is the better out of the two?
Per Rotoworld (on Nate Robertson):
Nate Robertson limited the Mets to one earned run in five innings Thursday as the Marlins grabbed a 3-1 victory.
A nice showing by Robertson and a nice start to the season for the Fish, who won the three-game set and stand 2-1. Robertson racked up four strikeouts without walking a batter and is a guy to watch in mixed leagues. Leo Nunez recorded his first save of the season with a flawless ninth inning.
Per Rotoworld (on Mat Latos):
The Padres have named Mat Latos as their No. 5 starter.
It's the right move. There was some thought that he could begin the season in the minors, but a 1.59 ERA and a 14/5 K/BB ratio in 17 innings this spring effectively steered them in the other direction. Latos beat out Wade LeBlanc, Sean Gallagher and Tim Stauffer for the job. The 22-year-old righty was 4-5 with a 4.62 ERA, 1.30 WHIP and 39/23 K/BB ratio in 50 2/3 innings in his first go-around at the major league level last season. He has electric stuff, so there's real fantasy potential here, but remember that he is likely to face an innings limit.
I currently have Latos.
