Right now I have: v-Mart R. Howard C. Utley 2b J. Rollins ss Longoria 3b Ichiro OF ManRam OF C. Quentin OF M. Bourn Util
Very solid team... but pitching could use some help....
Heyward is in my farm club... I can activate him whenever I want.
Do I roll him for a pitcher and what would you expect? Verlander? Lester? Or, what about this: Move Heyward for Youkis.... as Youk would be much better in my Util...
Thoughts?

No one is giving you any of those guys in their right mind. If you can do it, ofcourse, go for it....but I'd be very surprised.
If someone is crazy for him, and willing to over-pay, then pounce. But most smart people would want more of a sample-size to give up a big player for him.
Even in a dynasty, I love getting hugely hyped prospects and trading them for proven studs. How many of these big name prospects actually go on to be superstars? Homer Bailey, Joba, Phil Hughes, Matt LaPorta, Chase Headley, Jarrod Saltalamacchia, Travis Ishikawa, Ryan Garko, Jonny Gomes, Felix Pie, Corey Hart, Dice-K, all flops, and that's just off the top of my head. The odds are against them. Take the guy you know is a stud and let someone else gamble. I think Heyward will be amazing, but I know Youk is really, really good.
I think you keep him. Overall your hitting is great, but you're looking at a pretty weak OF dynasty wise. You can let people know he's tradeable, but I wouldn't trade him unless I got something fantastic. He's going to be an absolute stud. I usually am very weary of so much hype surrounding young players, but he seems to have all the tools to produce at the major league level already.
