sifting thru my garbage (need to start 4 of these scrubs)

So I have a team of studs and scrubs (minus the studs) and I'm trying to figure out which of the scrubs to start. 20 team league (standard roto).

I need to start 2 OF'ers and 2 UT players out of this list. Other than Gardner (an easy start against RHP since I really need his SB's) is there an option that is better than the other? Or do I just play lefty/righty matchups and sit these guys against ace pitchers.

Gardner - gonna start him against righties
Snider
Callaspo
RSweeney
Kotchman
Clement
Overbay - possibly being waived tomorrow night

And hopefully someday Pedro Alvarez
