Early injury trouble - Drop Strasburg?

I'm in a Yahoo 12 team 5x5 non-keeper league and started the year with Kinsler & Lilly on the DL which is making it difficult to stash Strasburg until he's called up. My SP needs help and I'd like to add another Closer but the cupboard is pretty bare on the wire. Marcum is available but who to drop? Strasburg, Rowland-Smith or Luke Scott?

I've been overseas the last few years so just getting back into fantasy baseball so any advice would be greatly appreciated.
