Having the best arm in outfield to gun runners out isn't something normally talked about or really easy to quantify. But I was just curious as to which OF's had the strongest arms?

I have never really looked at arm ratings or stuff like that, so I may be totally off base here but I have always loved Markakis' arm. Not saying it is the best, but DaSh 1s likes it.
