Should I burn a #2 Waiver on him or wait for some young phenom (Jason Heyward was taken with the #1 Waiver).

He is still a very solid fantasy option, notwithstanding his owies and the terrible offensive support he'll receive.
If your signature is the league in question and you can drop Armando Gallarraga for him, giddy-up.

Is it a shallow league? How many teams, how many roster spots? If he's available, I tend to think someone better will come along sometime in the near future. If you need a boost in your rotation, go for him. If you've got confidence in your staff and the league is relatively shallow, wait it out for a better player.
