So me and my buddies play a HR contest each year, we each chip in $50 and winner takes all. We have 4 tier choices and we choose one per tier, then 3 wildcards. Below are the tiers Set 1 Pujois-Fielder-Howard-Reynolds Set 2 Gonzalez-Pena-Teixeira-Dunn-Bay-A.Hill-Werth Set 3 Lee-Lind-Cabrera-Ibanez-Morales-Cruz-Longoria-Zimmerman Set 4 Braun-Cuddyer-Tulowitzki-Branyan-Ethier-Kinsler-Uggla-Utley I need 3 wildcards (Not listed above), these are usually the guys that win you the $$. I am thinking... Alex Rodriguez Jay Bruce Curtis Granderson Any thoughts? I was thnking Blanks but who knows. This contest is won by playing it kinda safe, and having guys stay healthy.

Thanks guys. Yeh, I thought about Upton but I still think Bruce hits mroe, maybe only a couple, but more for sure. Arod is a given but I think Granderson hits at least 5 more than Morneau. Steart was a thought but still a risk, I think his ceiling is 35 or so this year and that his with a ton of AB's. So I go with the good and safe picks of Arod, Granderson and Bruce. Thanks again.

howard, teix, lind, braun, arod, bruce and upton I love Grandy at that park, but I think he will bat much lower in the lineup and maybe even sit against lefties this year. too much risk IMO sounds like a fun competition!

Teix over Dunn? Dunn is the surest 40 HR guy I have ever seen. I am taking the following, LMK what you think. Howard Dunn Miggy (I like Lind but I think Cabreara has a couple more) Braun Grandy Arod I will flip a coin on Upton and Bruce. BTW, this contest does not start until April 16, that is when the HR count for me.
