Who to Start- Starting Pitching

Today I have 5 of my starting pitchers going. I have Adam Wainwright, Matt Cain and Clayton Kershaw, which are all solid matchups for them. I also have Lackey and Pettite who are going a against each other. I don't want to bench both of them because this is the only day of my head to head matchup where my starters are going, with the exception of J.A Happ tomorrow. If I were to start one of them, who should I start, Lackey or Pettite? Or should I just start both?

Lackey and Pettite do not have good matchups! I would bench Pettite he is barely passable even in a good matchup. I understand he had a solid 2nd half last year but a very high WHIP and an ERA that won't help your team with mediocre strikeouts. He is very unlikely to hurl a gem; you won't miss the potential win if it comes with awful ratios.

I understand that they are not good matchups. My oppenent this week has one win so far and I picked up a win from one of my closers. So should I bench Lackey as well and just take 4 starts from my other starters, which should all be pretty quality starts?
