The commisioner of my league inquired about one of my many 2B eligible players (he currently has just Felipe Lopez), he has many OF and just called up Heyward from his minors
The league is a ESPN 15 Team Roto Auction Style
Scoring: HR/RUNS/RBI/SB/OBP WINS/ERA/WHIP/K's/SV
I was thinking maybe Dan Haren and Asdrubal Cabrera for BJ Upton and Clayton Kershaw (I feel weird as Cabrera is my SS back-up)
Should I do it?

I wouldn't trade Haren for Kershaw quite yet and I am one of the non-believers in BJ. Try starting out a little smaller, something like:
snider and scutaro for cabrera and ludwick (or something in that range) and see if he bites.

Any other deals I could possibly work out with him? his needs are a 2B and I could use some more speed.

I think you need better outfields. I think you should go for Jimenez and heyward. I think you will be able to get heyward cheap considering he is a rookie and hasn't proved anything crazy yet. Even though he hit 2 hrs in 2 days. I would say give haren for jimenez and heyward. or try cabera and haren. Try to go for wandy 1st then go to jimenez so it seems like you value jimenez less.

I would try for Upton and Nolasco or Jimenez first cuz I think they'll get more wins. But if you have your mind set on Kershaw I say go for it. I'm guessing none of the speedy OF's are on the wire?

Yeah I think you should target BJ with Jimenez or Nolasco. I think you will get more wins and strikeouts with these pitches. Kershaw is a gem in the making but right now I like Jimenez and Nolasco better.
Thanks for the help with mine and sorry for the late response!

He won't trade Heyward because next season as a keeper he will only count towards $5 to his cap

I agree...and personally my 2010 pitching man-crush is on Nolasco, so I'd lean toward him as well
thanks for helping with mine
