How to improve this autodraft team

This is a standard 5x5 H2H nonkeeper 12 team league. I had the 3rd pick, so I know I could have done better, but considering it was autodrafted, at least I didn't get screwed too bad. I didn't spend much time messing with the pre-draft rankings and it definitely caused me to reach for some players. Anyway, here's the team.

Obviously the weak point is the outfield. The person who owns Carlos Quentin has him on the bench, so I've inquired about him. Same with Rajai Davis. Other benchwarming OF include: Garrett Jones, Kyle Blanks, Drew Stubbs, Vernon Wells. Would any of them be an upgrade?

Any other areas I should be concerned with? Is the pitching adequate? I'm a Braves fan, but I am a little concerned about Jurrjens shoulder. Is it worth trying to move him for a quality OF?

I say you just need a good starter, but dont trade for them. Your hitting is real nice. I say go for carmona, wade, Matsuz, jason Hammels Hopefully they are avaiable.

Update - I was pretty far down on waiver priority, so I didn't get my top choices. I dropped Cameron and Dukes for Marcum and Jenks (to replace Madson). Hopefully Marcum has a few more good starts and I can use him as trade bait. Original post updated.
