I think there a lot of people (like myself) who won't touch him. It all depends if a guy in your league is a big fan. He's really a love/hate, and in a 12 team league for example, I think there's only 5ish GMs who would consider drafting him. I have to think noone would take a chance on him in the first three-four rounds, but maybe that's just me. I'd say round 5-6 is realistic. There's still a lot of baseball left to be played though...
The thought of drafting Weeks is a frightening thought. I got lucky on him in a flier midseason league I did but i can't imagine investing in him seriously next year. He's too much of a proven jerk for it.
i've kept going back to the well w/ weeks year after year... and finally hitting the jackpot this year, after everyone else had finally given up on him staying healthy. even this year, though... after the top 7-8 options @ 2B, he was still on my radar as a sleeper. the talent has always been there, he just needed to play a full season. we still have to wait and see how he finishes...but staying healthy and effective is a skill. so you'd have to give weeks credit for getting it done. that said, his injury history is such that he shouldn't be jumping up to the 3rd or 4th round, but in a 10-12 team league, 5th would seem about right. again, IF we get a full season's body of work this year.
If he stays healthy this season and finishes strong he'll be at least 3rd round next year. Somebody will take him because if healthy he'll be worth the pick and unless you play in a league where every owner is conservative, he'll be long gone by the 5th round. The question is do you trust that he'll give you another full season because there's no doubt this is his talent level.
As it stands now I will take the ultimate risk with Weeks --make him my keeper for next year. My league has rule that each year you can keep one player that you drafted in 10th rd or later (or FA ot through trade as long as he was 10th or later draft pick). We only keep player for one year. Right now my candidates are Ricky, Mat Latos or Mike Stanton. I dont like to keep pitchers and I think Stanton is another yr away --will try and get him next yr after 10th rd.
Ricky has burned me oh so many times but this is oh so sweet --I actually traded Jose Lopez for him straight up after 3rd week of season. Others thought I was crazy.

I get that you don't like to keep pitchers, but Weeks over Latos? Yikes

Really? At current pace who do you think will be higher ranked preseason? People in this thread alone are talking 5th rd for Weeks --no way Latos would go in 5th rd in my league next year. Remember mine is more a semi -keeper I keep them for one yr only --meaning next year only.

With Weeks' track record, no way I keep him in any format for next year let alone over Latos...
Weeks should fall off as the season ends, but his keeper value is still fairly high. I think what turns the debate on him vs. Latos is that Weeks has such an extensive injury history that you can only project him for ~110 games next year.
Latos is a young pitcher with ace potential, and next year he'll have the training wheels off (no IP limit, or at least a fairly high one ~210-220).
