Marcum or Latos for Ervin Santana

5x5, h2h who would you rather have? I am thinking about dropping Santana for Marcum. Latos is also on the wire, but I think I rather Marcum, what do you think?

I like Marcum, but Ervin is a nice wild card too... I would leave Latos last out of that group, considering his IP limit this year. Anybody else you could drop?

In a H2H league, Latos will disappear when you most need him (fantasy playoffs).

Rasmus and Blanks are the only other droppable players. I really like Blanks, not so much Rasmus, but after last night it would be hard to drop him

I'd dump Prado without hesitation. I know he makes for a nice super-util guy, but he's not too valuable with how stacked your team is. Where's Erv? lol.

o sorry that isn't my updated roster. Reyes wasn't on the DL so I was going to drop Ervin to pick up a replacement 2B/SS, he got put onto the DL though so I had an open spot. I can't drop Prado until Reyes gets back. This is my updated roster.

I would still drop Prado and just roll with an empty spot for a few days... but then I guess the issue is, who would you drop to activate Reyes, lol. I agree it comes down to Blanks, Rasmus, or Erv. I'm pretty high on all of them though... I can't really advocate cutting anyone until at least a start or two out of Erv and a week or two out of Blanks/Rasmus. If you put a gun to my head, I'd cut Erv, but I'm not suggesting it.. if you don't think Marcum will be picked up, I might even wait out a week to see how my guys do before making any cuts.

k thanks, He wasn't picked up yet so I'm assuming people are waiting to see Marcum's second start. I'll see how Ervin pitches his first start then see if I can make a decision.

Erv has such high potential especially when you look at his 2008 numbers.
