I need some more relief help, and have one open spot for Lidge being on the DL. What sleeper pitcher/bat could I pick up?
Thanks for your input on my team.
Your SP should own, however a sleeper who might be available on the WW is Schrezer for DEt. He is poised to break out this year I am not sold on Porcello. Another guy to keep an eye on is Clay Bucholz for Bos. he could also break out.
RP Frasor might still be out there, other than that just wait a couple weeks and see who is grabbing saves and pick them up if you really need saves.
For sacraficing your 1st and 2nd picks on SP I would say your offense turned out decent. I like Alexei Ramirez and am holding him on my bench expecting him to get hot so I can trade him later this season. Youk looks hot and could be a top 10 hitter in the AL this year. Your infield in general is pretty solid. Lind and A.Jones will put up respectable numbers but I would say the rest of your OFs are pretty up in the air after Jones. You dont have a ton of speed either so you may find yourself losing SBs a lot of weeks.
I would defenitly say your team a contender and just hope that guys like G. Jones, Lind, Zobrist put up repeat years and that guys like A. Jones Coghlan and Weiters really break out.
If you find yourself lacking power package a SP with another piece and get a power bat somewhere.
