I kinda of also want to pick up carmona. Right now I have 1 empty spot on my roster, but who should I drop to pick up carmona?

I'm probably grabbing McGahee here... although I'd keep a close eye on DeWitt and Headley too. Headley's a top prospect, but has been a disappointment thus far. If he starts getting hot, I might make that switch. DeWitt profiles similarly, but he's at even worse disadvantage because he might be platooned sometime during the season against lefties. Juan Uribe and Inge are non-factors for me here.

I agree with McGehee, but I'd pay extra attention to Headley. If he strings together a couple nice games it could be an indication that he's starting to break out a bit, and of all the guys he has the most upside.

I'd go with Headley, espeically if you think you can platoon him with someone to take advantage of his road/ home splits. The usual caveats with spring stats apply, but he did lead everyone in RBI this spring and I think we can expect more of that to come. He's hitting in front of A-Gon and hit .305/ .377/ .426 away from Petco last year. Throw in the fact that he has pedigree of a good prospect and it's not a stretch to think that he might be on the verge of a breakout.
