both are on the waiver wire, who should i pick up and why?

9DEFINITELY Scherzer. I like his team better, hes younger, he gets more K's. Oswalt is injury prone, he just got a cortisone shot recently). So yeah pick up Scherzer.

I would go with Oswalt. The established pitcher.
Scherzer doesn't go deep into games. throws too many pitches. Now has a DH to pitch to in the AL.
