I would press hard for Sandoval and Halladay in the deal ... and forget the Rivera part. I would much rather have Halladay and forgo Mariano than get Beckett (as his "amazing" performance Sunday night suggests he cannot always be trusted in that park). In fact, Pujols for Halladay and Sandoval is fair IMO because keeperwise you get two good guys (even though Roy is not super young). I would try this 2 for 1 to be honest...

Not enough... I'd want a SP better than Beckett if I'm giving up Pujols...

Thanks for your help

Halladay and Sandoval might do it.. but even then.. and it's a keeper league too! I'm really not getting rid of Pujols here... I don't think you understand how good he truly is.

I do understand how good he is. But halladay is the 2nd best pitcher in the league and scandoval is a best too. But this guy is having a hard time giving up halladay

Sandoval/Halladay is the only offer I'd entertain for Pujols, but I'd much rather have Pujols, especially when he's hands down, your best offensive player. Aside from Holliday and perhaps Hill, I don't think you have another guy who can reasonably top 30 HR or go over that.

I think you could use some SP help, but you have a decent rotation as is. I like Nolasco a ton and I'm bullish about DLR taking the next step. See how your pitching pans out for the mean time. After all, it's a bit early to be making a big deal like this in dealing away your best player.
