No way I do this deal.. Peds is way more valuable then that, and especially in a 16-teamer. Valverde/Scherzer/Cuddyer aren't mince meat, but I think Scherzer stuggles leaving the NL and going to the AL, even with the switch from a hitters park to a pitchers park. Too many questions around him to consider him an above average SP. Valverde is a closer, I never trade top value batters or pitchers even for something I can pick up much more cheaply off FA throughout the year. So your basically in my eyes down to Cuddyer for Pedroia, which isn't even close.
Yes you get some decent upgrades (Montero could be a nice sub later in the year), Valverde is the closer you don't have, Cuddyer would be nice over Gomez, but your OF is stacked as is and Scherzer could very well flop. Don't trade a sure fire bat at a thin position for a position you really don't need, a position that you can get stats from off the FA list or a couple players with potential to be good...

Great thanks to soto for the sweet sig!...

No way. Pedroia is a 2nd round pick in a 16 team league. You're not getting anything back that's even close to that type of value.
