He offered Tejada and Penny for Rollins but i dont really like that trade and cant think of really what to counter with. This is a work league and the owner is my boss so i kinda want to make him happy but also want to get fair value. Any ideas?

I don't think it is going to happen. I just don't see a good trade here for you. You would lose a lot by giving up Rollins with nothing really to replace him. If you are really keen to make this happen than it probably has to start with Rich Hill and then I would look and get Brett Anderson added in.

I agree, SS is a thin position this year and I don't think you can afford to lose Rollins.

The trade he proposed is laughable. I know he is your boss but in terms of fantasy baseball I wouldn't recommend it.
