Not to get political, but what the heck was our president doing in DC, throwing out the first pitch, in a White Sox hat. A little disrespectful, IMO. Go throw out the first pitch at Comisky if you gotta wear that hat.

I concur. As soon as he busted out that hat he got boo'ed and deservingly so. Not cool on his part.

non-issue IMO. It isn't like they are rivals are anything and he wore a Nationals jacket.
I thought it was fine on everyone's part: throw the first pitch in DC as tradition (or convenience, or whatever reason it was DC and not somewhere else) dictates, wear a cap of your team rather than pretend you're not a fan of a different team, or even worse, pretend you are a fan of the home team, get a light-hearted booing from the home crowd, throw a bad pitch. Par for the course. It would be different if he weren't a baseball fan at all and wore the Chi hat, but it's pretty well known that he follows sports. There are a million reasons to criticize Obama, this isn't one of them.

Wow, I hate Obama now. How dare he wear a Sox cap.
