The Pirates bullpen is really "Dotel and the island of misfit toys", and Dotel isn't exactly the picture of good health.

Hanrahan was horrendous on the surface in the first half last year, but check his monthly FIPs...

April 6.99 , May 1.91, June 2.99, July 2.58, August 2.10, September/Oct 3.90.
He was a bit lucky compared to his career norms in HR/FB, but he should be able to keep his ERA in the mid to high 3s, if healthy.
